As the year comes to a close the movies flood in. This week brings three reviews (spoiler free), “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” “La La Land” and “Collateral Beauty” – it also brings my lowest scoring film ever.
The first film is “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” which personally was the film I’ve probably been looking forward to the most this year.
Second is “La La Land” the modern day musical starring a singing, dancing, and acting duo of Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone.
Finally is the wannabe Academy Award vehicle, “Collateral Beauty” starring more Oscar nominees and winners than the others combined, Will Smith, Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Kiera Knightley, Edward Norton, Michael Pena, and Naomie Harris.
