This week brings “Colossal” starring Anne Hathaway, Jason Sudeikis, and Dan Stevens. I’d call it an art house monster movie.
It was refreshing to see a film that was original, and not at all what I was expecting. Don’t go in to this in hopes of seeing Kaiju or Godzilla-like creatures duke it out. Instead prepare to see some adults face up to the responsibilities that come with making bad life choices.
I won’t go in to a ton more in writing, and the audio review is spoiler free. I say give “Colossal” a chance!
