Alas "Gemini Man" has two times the Will Smith, and yet zero quality. Meanwhile "Pain and Glory" is for Artists with a capital A and Antonio Banderas gives an amazing performance in it.
It's really too bad given that "Gemini Man" is directed by Ang Lee (one of my favorite directors). The film is as hollow and lifeless as the digital version of Will Smith in it. Will Smith, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Clive Owen, and Benedict Wong star.
Pedro Almodovar's latest is a semi (maybe fully?) autobiographical film and brings an amazing performance from Antonio Banderas. The film gets a bit too meta at points but is certainly worth a watch. Penelope Cruz, Asier Etxeandia, and Leonardo Sbaraglia also star.
